We maintain strict temperature controls to ensure dimensional stability of alloys during metal removal processes.

From double-helical herringbone gear drives to heavy-duty worm gearboxes, every unit undergoes rigorous contact-pattern analysis and center-distance metrology prior to dispatch. We execute build-to-print manufacturing protocols that replicate exact CAD geometries flawlessly, ensuring smooth power transmission and zero assembly friction.

Nuclear Supply Legacy

NPCIL Bridge & Carriage Assemblies

For over fifty years, we have engineered precision and heavy-duty power transmission drives and executed the complete design and manufacture of gearbox assemblies for lifting of nuclear fuel weighing 40 tons, for the bridge and carriage assembly, for feeding nuclear fuel, inside the nuclear reactor. We have supplied for five nuclear power plants directly to NPCIL, maintaining zero-tolerance quality audits.

Planned Infrastructure Scaling (Current Expansion)

Procurement is finalized for a Haas VF-2 VMC (Travels: X:800mm Y:400mm Z:500mm) and a Simultaneous 5-Axis Rotary Attachment for the Haas VF-8. Final evaluation is underway to select a high-performance CNC Turning Centre (configurations and brands currently under evaluation).
